Please carefully measure your natural nails and check our sizing guide before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes.

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a different size or style once an order has been placed. Please take a moment to double-check your design and sizing before checking out.

Not sure about your size? We recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing a full set.

⚡ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Something not quite right? We've got you.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may help us assess the problem.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

Where a return is approved, the item must:

Remain in the condition in which it was received.
Be returned with all original components, including any tools or accessories.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise instructed by our team, customers are responsible for return postage for approved returns that are not covered by Australian Consumer Law.

💸 Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item is faulty, doesn't match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
